Taking Good Care of Your Car

Nothing says I love then the good old fashion tender love and care. So as proud car owners it’s no surprise you are all taking care of your cars in the best way you can.
It’s always good to have the time to spend with your family. So why don’t you bond with your kids by having them help you wash the car.

This is a good way of taking care of your car and at the same time you’re taking care of your kids and you’re teaching them responsibility. This just one of the things you can do to take care of your car.Now when it comes to cleaning your car, make sure you don’t just focus on the outside.

It is important to clean inside your car as well. The car’s interior should be vacuumed as often as you can. When we were kids our parents told us that it is important to go to our annual check up. Well, this goes the same thing for cars.

It is important that you take your car to the mechanic at least once or twice a year. That way you’ll be able to be updated on your cars conditions and you’ll know exactly what your car needs. The final and most important thing you can do to take care of your car is to always drive carefully.

This will not only prevent your car from getting damaged but by following this advice you will be unknowingly saving a lot of lives, including your own.

Your car is obviously important to you. Because without it you wouldn’t be able to go wherever you want to go. So take the time to show your baby how much you care and it will pay you back by lasting as long as you need it to.

My Top 5 Most Beautiful Cars of All Time

Over the years car designers have manufactures a lot of beautiful cars. There are a lot of cars that can be considered to be beautiful and it really depends on the person’s opinion.
But right now in this post I will be giving you a list of cars that made me drool with craving.

The first car on my list is: The 1971 Jaguar E-type

This car is not only fast and powerful, it also gives an air of feminine elegance because of its femme design. This sexy little thing is referred to as the feline with its sleek lines and beautiful stance.

The next car on my list is: The 1963 Ferrari 250 GT Lusso

This baby right here is the final version of 250 models. This car was helped designed by Pininfarina giving it the same sleek style of a Ferrari while still maintaining its own unique elegance.

The third car on my list is: The 1962 Lotus Elite

This small and adorable Elite was the product of Collin Chapman’s obsession for low-weight cars. This cars body was completely created and constructed using fibre glass. Though this car is cute to look at it isn’t very practical. Since fibre glass is not as strong as carbon fibre, a lot of cars that use fibre glass gets easily damaged. So it’s safe to say that this car is just for display only.

Next up on the list is: The 1972 Louts Elan

This beautiful car followed the concept of the Lotus Elite by using a fibre glass. But there is a huge and important difference in its design, it has steel back backbone. This adds strength to the car making it safe for driving. This gorgeous car’s minimalist design caught the eyes of many car lovers.

And finally, the last car on my list is: The 1973 Chevy Impala

Ok so maybe the reason why this car is on my list is because it features of my favourite show. But the more I look at this car the more I notice its simple yet elegant design, and the more I see that it really does deserve to be on this list. Now, baby right here is a full size automobile built by the Chevrolet divisions of General Motors. And it’s a part of the 5th generation of Impalas. Ranging from the years 1971-1976.

Well, there you have it! My list of top 5 most beautiful cars. Of course, as I mentioned before, this really depends on the person’s opinion. There are still a lot of cars out there and maybe one of them could be your favourite.

Hybrid Cars: Today’s New Era Car?

A hybrid vehicle that develops two kinds of technologies for energy. A hybrid car is basically a car that can run on both gasoline and battery energy.

This type if car works in a variety of ways. The most basic hybrid car is powered by a gas engine but it also keeps a charge of batteries. A lot of hybrid cars charge their batteries by using regenerated energy that can also be captured through hitting the breaks. A hybrid car will eventually move between gasoline and battery powered if it needs to.

The history of hybrid cars have begun since cars were first introduced in the 19th century.

A hybrid car is considered to be the most conventional vehicle because it is quite gas efficient. Another great thing about a hybrid car is that it less polluting because it does not burn too much fuel. In fact, hybrid cars were designed for the purpose of helping the environment.

There are a lot of advantages you can get from using a hybrid car since it attributes, economical and environmental and technical benefits.

Because of its many advantages it is no wonder hybrid cars are considered to be the “car of the era.”

Texting While Driving: Bad Idea!

It is a common fact this is the generation of technology and fancy gadgets. And among all those gadgets is the ever reliable cell phone.

And of course everyone in this day and age has a cell phone. And anyone who had a cell phone is familiar with texting. Sending MSM messages or texting has become one of the popular ways of communicating with other people. Just last December, 9.8 million messages were sent by various people and undeniably, most of those messages were sent while the sender was driving.

This is a very dangerous thing to do because texting while behind the wheel can impair a person’s ability to drive.
To fully understand what this research meant, let me tell an experience I had .We went to the grocery store yesterday (it was not fun!) and I quickly grabbed one of the push carts.

Pushing those things were the only thing I enjoy about shopping, to be honest. Anyway, while I was pushing the carts I decided to send my friend a text message to kill boredom. She replied to my text so I had to reply back and after that we just kept sending each other message. You’re probably wondering what this had to do with the topic.

Well, let me tell you that while I was texting my friend I accidently crashed into someone; an old lady. Thankfully she didn’t get hurt and she had some patience and she let it slide after one apology.

This is where the topic enters. While I was texting my friend the focus that was meant to be for my surroundings went to those messages.

So, imagine this happening to you but instead of controlling a 10 kg basket on wheels inside a safe, closed place, you’re controlling a 4000 pound of metal in the middle of an open space where there is more risk of lethal damage.

According to some studies, over 16,000 people were killed because of accidents caused by people who text on the phone while driving.

I don’t think you need any more convincing to realize how dangerous and precarious texting while driving on the streets can be.

Your own life and the lives of other people is much more important than a few MSM.
So please, the next time you for a drive, turn off your phone and focus on the road.

Women Drivers: Breaking Down the Misconceptions

One of the most popular stereotypes I’ve ever heard is that women are bad drivers. It has been used as topics in cartoons and sitcoms and it has become the punch line of every joke. But how true is this misconception?

In fact, since we’re already there, how many of some gender stereotypes about driving could possibly be true.

There is wide range of belief that men are better drivers than women. And statistics show that men cover more miles than women. As more and more female drivers appear, more and more driving stereotypes rise in the surface. A lot of people do believe that women are terrible drivers including women themselves.

However, this thought could be nothing more of a misconception since men are now accepting less aggressive driving conditions. The one thing you need to know about female drivers is that they are more careful on the road and they take less chances when it comes to driving.

Female drivers are more polite to other drivers and they have more respect for authority than male drivers. Men take risk in driving while women are content in following rules on the road.

This post alone will tell you that the stereotype of women being bad drivers is completely false.

Women, have regards on the safety and well-fare of their fellow drivers and everyone else on the road. They recognize and respect the authority and they follow the rules of the road. This shows that women are just as good in driving as men are.
